Glock Magazine Service – No Labour Charge!

Has your mag been fully loaded for a number of years? As a result are you concerned that the spring tension may have diminished? Feeding problems may well arise from this. The Glock Shop now offers free inspection and service for your Glock magazines. Drop your mags off or we can arrange collection by courier. Your magazines will be stripped to individual components inspected cleaned and reassembled – for free. If any components need replacing we will contact you and you pay the price of the component only. No labour. Genuine Glock Springs for standard 9mm mags cost R189.75 and 9mm magazine followers are R87 (black) R147 (Orange) Finally your magazine is reassembled and internally lubricated to Glock factory specifications.

Courier charges to national metropolitan areas nationwide.  Only R68.50 incl.  Up to five magazines. Outlying areas, the rate is R115.75 – no limit on quantity.

All Glock magazines are composite steel and polymer fabrications.  A steel insert – toughened and hardened – moulded into a polymer case.   As a result, this internal steel insert protects the magazine lips from damage and deformation.  The entire magazine assembly is extremely durable.

Polymer 2 is more resilient than steel.  Consequently, this composite magazine assembly can withstand a lot of abuse and still continue functioning.

 

Reliable Ammunition Feeding:

Glock magazine springs use special and expertly heat-treated steels.  As a consequence of the accurately manufactured spring and follower,  the magazine feeds ammunition with total reliability. Gen 5 mags vs Gen 3/4 mags.

The gen 5 mags have an orange follower. As a result, it is easier to view the witness holes. In addition, the Gen 5 mags have a new magazine floor plate pictured below.
