Glock Lanyard Loop Frame Insert is made from Glock polymer ll. The exact same polymer as your Glock frame. Consequently it enables quicker speed reloads. Furthermore the frame plug seals the open cavity in the pistol frame. Sometimes the lanyard loop insert is referred to as a frame plug or butt plug!! There is an attachment ring for a lanyard hook. Glock EU referred to this in the past as a “Glock Frame Clip” and now refers to a “Lanyard Clip”
