Glock 30 Gen 4
The Glock 30 Gen 4 is a sub compact version of the full frame Glock 21 in caliber 45 ACP. It is a perfect example of a well planned, well executed and well engineered concealable handgun. Multi talented, it can take the role of a backup gun, or as a primary firearm. Most of all if you want power in a small package, look no further.
Shooting the G30 you will be surprised at the minimal recoil. As a result the combination of a .45 caliber round and a sub compact frame one would think would produce “mule kick” like recoil. Not so – the recoil is really easy to control in fact it’s a pleasure to shoot, even for extended periods.
Like all Gen 4 versions the G 30 comes with two additional back straps, medium and large. With no additional back straps fitted, the grip size is small. A rough textured finish on the frame gives you that added traction and the dual recoil spring spring assembly definitely smooths out that recoil.
