The larger opening of the flared mag-well makes it easier to funnel a magazine into the mag-well especially useful stressful situations.
Glock ditches the finger grooves
The grip on the new Glock is now definitely more comfortable than Gen 4’s for the majority of users by removing these grooves. The Gen 4 RTF (rough textured finish) is retained.
