Description
The Glock MOS adaptor set comes with your new Glock MOS safe action pistol. The set contains four plates for the various reflex sights available. On occasion, these plates get lost or damaged and The Glock Shop have stock for both 9mm/40 MOS Glocks as well as 10mm/45 MOS Glocks.
IMPORTANT NEWS MOS PLATES October 2023
Glock is now shipping the standard frame MOS series pistols with the #02 Adapter Plate only. This plate is specifically designed to accommodate Holosun (except 509) Ameriglo and Trijicon sights, ensuring compatibility and ease of use.
If you do require plates 1,3 and 4 they are available individually from the shop and will appear in the dropdown menu.
- Plate 1 – Docter, Truglo, Meopta, Insight,Vortex,Burris
- Plate 3 – C-More
- Plate 4 – Leupold, Eotech
Slimline models i.e. G43X and G48 will not be supplied with adapter plates. They are made to accommodate certain sight options without the need for additional plates.
For our G20 MOS Gen5 & G21 MOS Gen5 variants, we’re actively working on bringing in the larger plates. Rest assured, we are committed to providing you with the widest range of options for your optics needs!
MOS Adapter set 01
The GLOCK MOS Adapter set 01 fits for GLOCK Pistols in MOS Configuration with the slide width 25,5 mm/1.00 in. It consists of 4 numbered GLOCK MOS Adapter plates for optical sights of the following manufacturers:
- Plate 1 – Docter, Truglo, Meopta, Insight,Vortex,Burris
- Plate 2 – Holosun (except 509) Ameriglo and Trijicon
- Plate 3 – C-More
- Plate 4 – Leupold,Eotech
The MOS Adapter set includes a Torx® screwdriver (TX10) and 4 Torx®screws to install the GLOCK MOS Adapter plates. All screws come with a drop pre-applied Loctite.

The GLOCK MOS Adapter set 02 fits for GLOCK Pistols in MOS Configuration with the slide width 28,5 mm/1.12 in. It consists of 4 numbered GLOCK MOS Adapter plates available for optical sights of the following manufacturers:
- Plate 5 – Docter, Truglo,Meopta, Insight
- Plate 6 – Trijicon
- Plate 7 – C-More
- Plate 8 – Leupold

Lost Your Original Glock Coverplate
The original cover plate either for Gen 4 or Gen 5 MOS in nDLC finish is available from the The Glock Shop.
Note on Glock Gen 5 MOS
The Glock Gen 5 frame is 2 mm wider than the previous generations. Furthermore, the Gen 5 surface finish on the slide is what Glock term “nDLC.” This is visually different from the previous generations.
